Health Alert: Rotavirus
Since 1 August 2022, 67 cases of rotavirus have been reported in the Northern Territory (NT). Most cases have occurred in Central Australia, however, case numbers in the Top End are expected to increase.

Health Alert: Brucellosis suis in pigs in the Northern Territory
Brucella suis has been detected in feral pigs in the Daly Region, marking the first case detection for the Northern Territory. Whilst Brucella suis is typically associated with pigs, the disease can infect humans.
